Return & Exchange Policy

Every piece of jewelry from Kanjana Gems has passed Quality Control in accordance with our Quality Assurance policy. The products are made of material from natural sources and from cast sterling silver, which may have been rhodium or gold plated. Kanjana Gems striving for perfection. Still there are will always be minor unevenness and shape divergencies, which comes from the sourcing and the handmade production. Therefore, products are sold “as is” and cannot be returned.

However, in case there have been a mistake made by Kanjana Gems then the product could be exchanged within seven (7) days of documented receipt of the shipment from us (International courier receipt). Please, contact us first

The product packaging must be in its original condition and the supplied material must be complete such as, (Invoice, proof of purchase, product protective cover, packaging box, all purchase documentation)

In case our product has a major defect upon arrival then you must take high resolution photos of the defected product and shared with us. The photos will be compared with the photos of the same product when it was shipped from our stock room. Any defect occurring during shipping should be handled by an insurance claim with the shipping company in accordance with the insurance policy used and paid for.
